Product testers- Team Feedback
This week we did something we have never done before – we asked our own staff for feedback on our products. Nuts that we haven’t ever done this before isn’t it?! And how interesting the feedback was, we often discuss products from a sales perspective, from a customers view point but rarely do we consider what the service operatives view is on how well these products actually work. We’ve taken a unique approach: turning our own staff into product testers.Engaging our staff as product testers allows us to identify potential issues. Whether it’s a usability concern or a functionality glitch, our team’s hands-on experience provides valuable feedback. This proactive approach helps us address issues swiftly, resulting in a more polished and reliable product or service.
Not only will this benefit our business but it is also a win win as it engages our staff and gives them a sense of satisfaction knowing their opinion is worthy. This collaborative atmosphere not only strengthens team bonds but also enhances the overall quality of our products by drawing on the collective expertise of our workforce.
We are proud to have our team at the forefront of our decisions, we will continue to involving them in our stamp of quality. B Hygienic have some new ideas for the forthcoming months, we will be showcasing some of our products and also working to obtain more feedback from our customers.
